Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the AltSignals Affiliate Program. By<br>joining, you agree to comply with all terms listed herein. We reserve the right to amend these<br>terms at any time, with or without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Commission Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The default commission rate is <strong>25%<\/strong> of revenue from referred users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After referring <strong>125 paying customers<\/strong>, your rate increases to <strong>35%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commissions are held for <strong>37 days<\/strong> post-purchase to account for product cycles and refund processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commissions are paid monthly in <strong>USD or USDT<\/strong> only.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>minimum payout threshold of $50<\/strong> applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cookie Tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Referral cookies last for <strong>90 days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The last referring affiliate is credited if multiple affiliates refer the same user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cookie tracking is reliant on users not clearing cookies or using incognito browsing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Referral Conduct<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Affiliates must NOT:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use spam or unsolicited email campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create false, misleading, or deceptive claims about AltSignals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bid on AltSignals trademarks in search engines (e.g., \u201cAltSignals + promo code\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use cookie stuffing, fake redirects, or other forms of traffic fraud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Offer cashback, discounts, or incentives without written approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Any such behavior will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Platform &amp; Brand Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Affiliates must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Represent AltSignals truthfully and ethically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use only approved logos, banners, and promotional materials unless otherwise authorized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not impersonate AltSignals or present themselves as internal team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Account Management<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Affiliates are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment info.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliates must respond to AltSignals team inquiries within 7 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AltSignals reserves the right to audit affiliate activity at any time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Termination Clause<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>AltSignals may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion, including for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Breach of terms<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suspicious traffic or fraud<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inactivity over 6 months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon termination, outstanding unpaid commissions will be reviewed and may be forfeited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Legal &amp; Disclaimer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You act as an <strong>independent contractor<\/strong>; this agreement does not establish partnership, agency, or employment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliates are responsible for their own local tax reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We make no guarantees regarding earnings, traffic, or conversions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
