Renowned crypto financial services firm Galaxy Digital recently disclosed their agenda to tokenize their stock, GLXY. The move is strategic collaboration with Superstate, a reputable Tokenized real-world asset (RWA) firm helmed by its founder, Robert Leshner. According to an official document released on August 5th, Galaxy made public its intention alongside multiple US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings. Also published was the company’s Q2 report for 2025.

GLXY and its Market Capitalization

As of present, the GLXY stock is valued at a market capitalization worth $10.4 billion. There is a possibility for the company to stretch its stock offering to include on-chain natives. This speculation came to light when Galaxy entered a digital transfer agency agreement with Superstate in May 2025, as revealed by the filing. Moreover, Superstate will have the responsibility as the digital asset transfer agent, and it will manage an Allowlist of wallet addresses. The individuals and entities that fall under this list have the permission to trade and hold tokenized GLXY, upon fulfilling standard know-your-customer (KYC) requirements or accrediting their investor status.
